An unusual number of pages describing this product list ingredients it does not contain — mullein leaf, lobelia, peppermint oil, ginger and turmeric all appear in various write-ups. None are in the formula.
The confusion is understandable: those botanicals are the classic components of herbal expectorant sprays, which is a neighbouring but distinct product category. It is worth flagging that lobelia in particular is a herb with a narrow margin of safety, so being told a product contains it when it does not is not a harmless error in either direction.
